The session discussed several issues and topics related to developing Arab media work and enhancing its role in common causes, most notably media support for the Palestinian cause, following up on the Arab media action plan abroad, the work of the Arab Committee for Electronic Media, and the role of Arab media in combating terrorism. The deliberations also included the Arab media roadmap for sustainable development 2030, developing a unified strategy for dealing with international media companies, encouraging quality and professional excellence in media work, and enhancing the capabilities of Arab media professionals. The agenda also addressed monitoring the implementation of the Arab Strategy for Media and Information Literacy, the unified Arab plan for addressing environmental issues through media, the role of media in advancing the Arab system and its issues, as well as examining the use of artificial intelligence technologies in Arab media and their impact on human resources.
